Gas Cap Hangers are stainless spring steel and fit 1986 and newer Harley screw-in gas caps.* Simply put the double side of the base in the gas cap, push down on the other with your thumb then, holding the straight piece, turn coil counter clockwise while applying downward pressure until the base is flush with the bottom of the gas cap. Sold onr per package. *Please note that a few Sportsters have taller vent tubes that may interfere with the hanger. This is due to tank factory inconsistency; however, if any customer has this problem they can return it for a full refund.
